- The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with your use of the App, including when you create an account, enable permissions (such as Location), contact support, or use features that store or process content.

3.1 Information you provide to us (Account and Support)
- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Support communications: the content you send to customer support (including attachments or messages).
3.2 Content you choose to create or upload (Photos and Voice Notes)
- Photos you add to habit entries and progress records.
- Voice notes you record and attach to habit entries.
Important notes about photos/faces:
- We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create or use biometric identifiers or biometric templates.
- Photos are not used for advertising/marketing profiling, and are not used to train marketing models.
- By default, photos and voice notes are stored locally on your device unless you choose a feature that requires upload (for example, generating or exporting certain assets, syncing, or restoring).
3.3 Location information (Only with your permission)
- Approximate location and/or precise location, depending on what you allow in your device settings.
3.4 Information collected automatically (Device and Usage)
When you use the App, we may automatically collect:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, language/region, and app version.
- Usage and analytics: events and interactions (e.g., feature usage, screens viewed), aggregated where possible.
- Crash logs and diagnostic data: crash reports and performance logs to help us troubleshoot and improve stability.
- Location signals, if you have granted location permissions (as described above).
3.5 Cookies and similar technologies (Where applicable)
If parts of the App or related services use web-based views or companion web services, we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to:
- Keep you logged in
- Remember preferences
- Measure usage and improve performance
4) How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide and maintain the App and its core features (habit tracking, streaks, charts, summaries).
- Personalize your experience (preferences, reminders, and views).
- Improve the App (debugging, analytics, feature improvement, and product research).
- Security and fraud prevention (protecting accounts and the service).

5) Optional Automated / AI-Enabled Processing (User-Controlled)
Certain optional features may involve generating content or assets from text, images, or voice notes (for example, creating exportable summary cards or similar generated outputs). If and when such features require uploading content, the following applies:
- Processing location: any uploaded text/images/audio are processed on Drillavo Team’s own servers.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share the uploaded content with any third party for that processing, and we do not make it available to third parties.
- Deletion after processing: once the requested processing is completed, the uploaded content is deleted from our servers promptly (unless you explicitly request storage or backup).
- No training / marketing: we do not use uploaded photos, text, or voice notes to train advertising/marketing systems, and we do not use them to create biometric profiles.
- User control: you control whether to upload content and whether to generate outputs; you may cancel or choose not to use such features.
7) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms to protect your information.
8) Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including:
- Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest
- Access controls and least-privilege permissions
- Regular security reviews/audits and monitoring
- Backups and recovery procedures
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Data Retention
We retain information as follows (unless a longer period is required by law):
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account.
- Deletion: if you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal information within 30 days.
- Usage/analytics data: retained for up to 12 months.
- Support content: retained for up to 6 months.

- Correction: request correction of inaccurate information.
